Choc Caramel Dumplings
In a food processor add 150 grams of self raising flour and 25 grams of butter. Process until resembles breadcrumbs. Add 25 grams of white sugar and process, then gradually add 100 ml milk or until it resembles a soft, smooth dough. (Note: You may need more milk then this to make the dough smooth enough)
In a pot, bring 400 ml water, 25 grams butter and 1 cup of brown sugar to the boil. Turn temperature down so it simmers
Take a sixth of the dough mix and wrap around a small square of chocolate, then place dumpling in the simmering mix. Repeat this process until all mix is used up. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve by itself, with cream or with ice cream.
