Icky Sticky Goopy Glue Stuff (Paper Mache Paste)


1 cup of flour
6 cups of water
1 sauce pan
1 whisk

Bring 4 cups of water to the boil
Mix remaining water and flour together until smooth
Add flour mix to boiling water and whisk until smooth, cook for a few minutes
Cool and use the goopy gluey stuff to attache paper to balloon.

Note : Allow to dry between layers
