Today was 36 degrees so I know what Rufus means by too hot to do anything! We spent almost all day in the aircon doing family things.

This medium is a secure way for you to tell us stuff. There is no way this can be traced to you, unlike emails etc.
Because the server is physcially located here in my house in Australia, there is no way of tracing this back to you. In fact this is a more secure method of communicating than email. Maybe you might consider sending movement emails - like travelling to A_ etc on here instead of using email. That way it cannot be intercepted like an email could be.
You can create your text off line and then copy and paste it in when online.
